The company added operations in the order customers need them: accurate blanks first, then assembly, inspection and site delivery.

Metalworking shop
The first orders covered cutting, drilling and welding sheet and structural steel parts.

Laser and CNC bending
Repeat sheet-metal parts moved to digital nesting and controlled bend sequences.

Welded steelwork
Dedicated assembly stations were added for frames, platforms, stairs and guarding.

Independent inspection
Incoming, in-process and final checks became part of every order's route card.

Complete delivery
Marking, packing, coating and delivery planning were combined into one dispatch schedule.

Operations performed off-site follow the same job specification and are inspected before dispatch to the customer.

Material comes from regional service centres with certificates for each batch.

Special coatings
Hot-dip galvanising and selected industrial systems are handled by specialist lines.

Delivery and erection
Packing, loading sequence and vehicle access are agreed with the carrier and site team.
